Before contacting us
You can connect or disconnect Strava, export your data, and request account deletion from the authenticated portal. For a connection problem, include the time of the error and a short description of the step that failed.
Scope
This version supports Strava activity data only. Garmin is not available yet. WonePlace provides fitness-data summaries and does not provide medical advice or emergency support.
